Would you like Historical Happenings to
bring a Living History Program to you?
Historical Happenings will come to your location and conduct a Living
History Program for your group. We love to travel and meet new friends so
if you would like us to come to you please give us a call to see what dates
we might have available.

REQUIREMENTS:

Full Day Event - Civil War, Revolutionary War, French & Indian War
- An adult willing to plan, organize and advertise the event.
- A location to hold the event. Minimum of 3 acres with both open field   
and wooded area.
- Bathroom facilities and running water available on-site.
- Food and lodging for Historical Happenings while at the location.
- Minimum of 50 pre-registered, paying participants for the event.
- $100 non-refundable deposit to hold date. This deposit is above and
beyond the registration fees and helps cover our travel expenses.
NOTE: If we must travel more than 5 hours to an event this fee may   
increase. Quotes will be given on a case by case basis.

COST: Deposit plus Cost for Participants:
    Standard Rate:
    Participants Ages 6 and up: $25.00 for the first participant, $15 for    
    
each additional participant within the same family
    Participants that are Parents or Guardians of Participants and at    
    
least Age 21: $5.00
   Age 5 and under (Spectators Only): FREE

   Early Bird Rate (Applies to paid registrations received at least 2  
   
weeks prior to the scheduled event):
   Save $5 per participant, ages 21+ are FREE.

NOTE: To help large families make this an affordable activity there will be a
Cap of $75 per Family on the Standard Rate and a Cap of $50 per Family
on the Early Bird Rate.

Small Group Event - Civil War, Revolutionary War, French & Indian War

- A location to hold the event. Minimum of 3 acres with both open field
and wooded area.
- Bathroom facilities and running water available on-site.
- Up to 30 participants.

COST: $300 for 2-hour program. Includes use of guns and some clothing
        for the event. Additional items may be purchased at the event.
        NOTE: Cost is for events in the Greater Gardner area. Travel to
        other areas will be subject to an additional fee. Quotes will be given
        on a case by case basis.

Do you have another type of program you would like us to do? We can
custom design a program to meet your group's needs. Time periods
available are Medieval, French & Indian War, American Revolution and
Civil War. We can do full encampments for large groups, demonstrations
or games of the 1800's.
